A simple, ad-free Sleepyti.me alternative
A note from James, who built I'm Sleepy

A couple of years ago, I wanted the old version of a sleep calculator I used to use: a tiny tool that answered one question and then left me alone. After it changed hands, it became increasingly difficult to use without fighting through advertising. So I built my own.
That's really the whole idea
Tell I'm Sleepy when you are going to bed and it suggests some sensible times to wake up. Tell it when you need to wake up and it works backwards. If you are going to bed now, tap once. There is no account or download. It gives you the times and gets out of the way.
A small caveat about the numbers
Sleep does not run like a stopwatch. The results are useful estimates, not a promise about exactly when your sleep stages will change. People vary, and so do individual nights. It is still important to allow enough time for sleep overall; the CDC recommends at least seven hours per day for adults aged 18–60.
